Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the Reveal the Cards service available at revealthecards.com and the rules for purchasing the services offered there.

The owner of the service and the seller is KANAJ Kacper Najda, VAT PL7123474673, ul. Reymonta 4, 21-040 Świdnik, Poland, email: [email protected] (hereinafter: the "Seller").

By using the service or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

The service offers a digital product: an interpretation of a three-card tarot spread prepared with the help of artificial intelligence in response to a single question asked by the Customer (hereinafter: the "Reading").

The price of the Reading is always shown next to the purchase form. The price includes all taxes. The result of the Reading is displayed on screen immediately after payment, and a copy is sent to the email address you provide.

The service also offers a free single-card reading (lead magnet), which does not require a purchase.

Readings are provided for entertainment and reflection only. Tarot card interpretations do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice.

Life decisions should be made based on the advice of the appropriate professionals. We treat tarot as a tool for self-reflection, not for predicting the future. The Seller does not guarantee that the content of a Reading will prove accurate, true, or useful in any specific life situation, and is not liable for decisions made on its basis.

Interpretations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence based on the traditional meanings of tarot cards and the content of the question asked.

The service is intended solely for people who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity.

The contract for the supply of digital content is concluded the moment the Reading is paid for. No account is required to make a purchase.

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Available payment methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The Seller has no access to the Customer's card details.

By making a payment, the Customer requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that, once the service has been fully performed (the Reading has been displayed), they lose the statutory right of withdrawal. Regardless of this, the Customer is entitled to the contractual refund guarantee described in section 6.

Regardless of any statutory rights, the Seller grants a contractual satisfaction guarantee: if a Reading added nothing to the question you asked, you may request a full refund of the amount paid within 7 days of purchase.

To use the guarantee, simply reply to the email containing your Reading or write to [email protected], stating the email address used at purchase. The refund is made using the same payment method within 14 days, no questions asked.

Complaints about how the service operates or about a service performed can be submitted to [email protected].

A complaint should include the email address used at purchase and a description of the problem. The Seller reviews complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

If a Reading was not delivered (for example, due to a technical failure), the Seller will deliver it again or refund the full amount paid.

The controller of personal data is the Seller. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available at revealthecards.com/privacy.

Using the service requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active email address.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and consumer protection law.

Consumers may use out-of-court methods of resolving complaints and pursuing claims, including the ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Seller may change these terms for valid reasons. Changes do not apply to purchases made before they take effect.
